More on the H Lead The H Lead was less of an industrial lead, and more of a way to classify the spurs into various industries that came directly off the main track of what was the CP Macleod Subdivsion (today known as the CP Aldersyde Subdivision). There was no big nest of tracks into different places, just little spurs off the main line throughout the city of Calgary. The last spur to be classified under the H Lead was removed between 2017 and 2018, however, the spur CP uses for unloading CTrain cars for Calgary Transit near Anderson Garage may still be considered part of the H Lead, although I believe this is unlikely.

Quite a bit of the H Lead has been removed. This is one of the few remaining spurs, originally built for Bennett & Shaw. In later years it was used by Professional Gardener, which is still there, although they stopped receiving rail service in 2014.
